- How To Allow Adobe Flash In Safari
Enabling Flash on Safari 10.0 and above. Open Safari; Go to the Safari menu and choose Preferences. Click on the Security tab. Check the boxes beside “Enable JavaScript” and “Allow Plug-ins” Click on the “Plug-in Settings” button. Choose Adobe Flash Player. Today (June 22, 2016) I opened Safari and a pop-up told me to download Adobe Flash Update. Unless I downloaded I could not close Safari or even shut down my computer. I was suspicious of this pop-up so disconnected my modem. I was then able to close Safari and I deleted everything with Adobe in my files.
